My truck died in a parking lot after a string of other unfortunate things that had happened to me over the last couple of months. I am a 70 year old woman who doesn't understand technology AT ALL. When I called the office on my insurance card, both Chris and another female agent (I did not catch her name...sorry) were so kind, patient and helpful with me. With their help, I managed to arrange for a tow to the shop and, because I had paid out of pocket, helped me submit my claim for reimbursement. The very next day I got an email saying the check was in the mail! I don't know how to express my gratitude other than to say that you made me feel taken care of like family. Thank you so much...
